Abbey Dog Training takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your client account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

The personal data we collect about you will include data relating to your name and address, email address, phone numbers and the health and history of your animal, collected as part of the client consultation process, either online or face to face.

This data will enable us to contact you to arrange appointments and provide a record of your animal and any changes that may occur in their health, well-being or performance and will only be used by myself for communication with you.

Your information will only be shared with the animal’s vet or other professionals as requested by you and the animal’s vet. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

You may have access to the data we hold on you at any time. Your data will be securely stored for 7 years, from the date of the last session, in accordance with our insurance policies. After this time your data will be securely destroyed.  You have the right to request that it to be erased.

Should you have a complaint, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your concerns. You can also request the contact details of the supervising authority.
